← Retour au Tableau de Mission
And the women conceived and bore giants whose height was three thousand cubits. These devoured all the toil of men until men were unable to sustain them.
And the giants turned against the people in order to devour them. And they began to sin against birds and beasts and reptiles and fish, and to devour one another's flesh, and drank the blood.
And the names of the giants were Ohya and Hahya, the two sons of Shemihazah; and Gilgamesh and Hobabish and the others whose names are written in the tablets.
These giants consumed all that men produced. And when the men could no longer sustain the giants, the giants turned against them and devoured mankind.
